Still, I’m discovering that I feel less guilty when someone else calls out my mistakes. No matter how they say it, it’s always gentler than how I talk to myself!

However, just to reiterate (and show you that I mean yelling = criticism) a normal raid team should not criticize you every single time you do something stupid — everyone screws up.

I have run with one of the most vinegary raid leaders in creation (you know all that stuff I said don’t do — he consistently did it and we still performed, we were that masochistic a raid team) and even did not jump down people’s throats, criticize them in /tells or in raid chat every time they screwed up — just every other time, or maybe every time after the 2nd time… because he was lenient and cared!

I use the term yelling very loosely. It can mean anywhere from pointing out a mistake to actual yelling.

Having rarely seen or experienced a normal raid team, I’m glad to know they exist and you are enjoying your time their — angst though you will ^^

The point I was trying to make was that coming from 2 years of raids where showing any signs of frustration was really looked down upon, I was terrified of something different. Now I catch myself wanting to be called out and I’m really shocked.

And as a side note, out of all the guys in the raid, you’re one of the most laid back. I probably would get a fit of giggles if you started yelling.

You know how you screwed up.

You know that we know that you screwed up.

We know that you know you’re going to do your very best not to let it happen again.

I only yell at the people who make _repeated_ mistakes.

Of course, you know, if you just want to hear my sexy booming voice, that can be arranged.
